The short version
FairwayAway keeps your trips on your device first. We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers, and we never hold or move money between you and your buddies — we're a tracker, not a bank.
What's stored, and where
By default your trips, costs, scores, and course Bag live on your device. If you create an account to sync across devices or share with a crew, that trip data is stored in our backend (Supabase) tied to your account so your crew can see it. You can use the whole money board and course explorer with no account at all.
Accounts
Optional sign-in is by email link or Apple/Google. We store only what's needed to sync your trips and crews — no advertising profile.
Payments
Passes are processed by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them. A Pass unlocks app features only; FairwayAway never collects trip deposits or moves money between buddies.
Your control
Delete a trip on your device any time. To delete a synced account and its data, email us and we'll remove it.
